Dude Tsunade is not much versatile, but a bunch of genin are nothing compared to her. She doesn't even need byakogou or katsuya for this.

Restict Naruto's summons, and Tsunade finger flicks everybody to death. Or a single punch to the ground would suffice

OT: I'm not sure. Naruto wasn't able to consistently summon in part 1. During Oro's invasion he was able to summon Bunta, but after that, during the Sannin showdown he could only bring forth Gamatatsu. This could be a deciding factor.
Back then they were only kids and very less skilled. The likes of Tenten, Hinata, Sakura, Ino, Shikamaru and Choji can literally be one shotted one after the other.
Neji, Kiba, Naruto, Sasuke, Shino and Lee would require more effort but she's much more skilled than any of them were at that point and still has Mitotic Regeneration in case she gets hit by their 'finishers'.
Full intel also favours her as well.

she survived the teletransportation with the raikage because byakugo was constantly healing her
byakugo constantly heals, even while taking damage,we saw her wound from yasaka magata after regenerating

do you think tsunade will tank extreme lotus without byakugo ?
