Orochimaru. Hydra Mode is too much for Tsunade, and he can simply shed his skin if Katsuyu blasts him.

That +Manda gets the job done. However, Tsunade can go on for a long time, so it'll take a while for her to be truly defeated. His transformation against Sasuke would knock her out, as Orochimaru's poisons are among the best, and Tsunade has no knowledge of it.


Katsuyu can defeat Manda probably, however, Oro can fight alongside Manda to defeat her because Tsunade can't get in range against his speed. Also, Sword of Kusanagi is a big problem for a worn-down Tsunade.

Anyway since the intent is to capture, Orochimaru wins easily since Tsunade can't caputre Oro who can slither out of her hands. Orochimaru can poison her and paralyse her to capture her.

Still if the intent is to kill, Tsunade would probably win unless edo tensei is allowed. Remember that Tsunade has more chakra than Oro.

Orochimaru isn't that much of a genius. He would have been able to break some kid's genjutsu if he is that smart. Kabuto IMO is a lot more cautious, calculating and knowledgeable (about human body since he is a medic) compared to Orochimaru. Some of the advice that he gave to Orochimaru would have helped Oro quite a bit but Oro was stubborn and didn't listen which screwed him over.

Also Kabuto was able to figure out how to move his body because he is a medical ninja genius something that Orochimaru is not. The only others I see being able to figure out how to move are Sakura and Shizune. You need to have good understanding about the human body and how it works.

Also Oro does not have infinite chakra so his regen will eventually run out. He was in pretty bad shape after getting punched by part 1 Tsunade who was out of shape. Current Tsunade with Byakogu will have punches that would obliterate Orochimaru. Also Orochimaru's offence isn't going to defeat Tsunade except for those special snake modes with poison and all. Sure Oro can use Edos and use BoD on Tsunade to make her completely and utterly useless though.

Read again the manga, dude.
The 3 Sannin are more or less equals. Tsunade is weaker than Jiraiya, but stronger than Orochimaru. And Orochimaru is stronger tan Jiraiya.

With and edo army Orochimaru is unbeatable. ^^
But Tsunade is an Uzumaki, so probably she can seal them.

Her grandmother is from Uzumaki clan. So Tsunade is half Uzumaki, half Senju.
And she can use seals like Creation Rebirth, Byakugou.
