Well, basing from janken, Slug beats Snake so I go for Tsunade!

I'd say oro wins,his 10k snakes should be able to restrict tsunade's movements due to tje sheer numbers. Also sasuke was immunr to all poison,but oro's version still hit him,not sure abt tsunade though. We have seen that her punches have little effect on oro,oro has many boss summons aside from manda. Oro also has edo.
