Neji, He has Byakugan. His rotation can prevent Tsunade from getting any close to using her strength and using his Juuken Ryuu (Gentle Fist Style) to block her chakra. So using her regeneration ability will be useless.

People are really taking Tsunade really lightly and underestimating her if they're considering Neji on the same plane as Tsunade. Tsunade's overall experience as a kunoichi is enough to take down Neji. Neji quite frankly isn't yet comparable to a kage level shinobi.
