ok.....since you used the shark attack so you screwed your self
and your shield is to weak ^^
and my lighting comes from above you and your shield is only a wall not a sphaere.
so two attacks got you but if you insist charges hand(chidori) and runs straight toward you*
so if i use the wall in combo with
Lightning Release: Lightning Blast-(Raiton: Raikou Bakuha No Jutsu)

why did i used a Brank attack?
cuz it can level up anything in its path nd it touches u directly....meaning....ur raikiri touches water too nd u shock urself gettin the damage points....
nd theres more: u cant dodge the dragon unless u cancel the raikiri
nd since i hav only 3 moves per post i take damage from the last thing
now u can use

wich also hits your dragon and you fall down the water getting electricuted and i jump out of the water.
