i think people should get in the habit of saying byakugou as it is a upgraded version and is as cool as jiraiya sm and oro eight headed snake thingy.

tsunade bcz if guy opens the gate he will get tired after few minuites and give tsunade the chance to kill him. whenever guy attacks she regenerates untill he get killed.

and when she uses it she looks beast. yo this the first time tsunade is actually winning in guy vs her maybe because people are realizing how bamf her healing and strength are.

Tsunade wins.

Guy without Gates wouldn't be much of a problem vs Tsunade she wouldn't even need Mitotic Regeneration, she could just use regular medical jutsu.

Guy with his Gates would require her to use The Strength of 100 technique, to keep up with guys constant damage he will deal to her. Tsunade could further rip guys muscles with the chakra scapel jutsu, then she can break his bones with her massive strength.
Also Tsunade only needs to chop him in the back with Body Path Derrangement to make Guy lose control of his body and since he is no medical Nin he would have no chance of regaining control of it.
