Tsunade VS. Mei

Tsunade wins.

Remember she has a pathway disturbance jutsu to **** up the nervous system. One touch and Mei will move her toe when trying to move her arm, lol. Tsunade can aswell manipulate the ground, there isnt much balance for Mei when she inside an earthquake is it? Tsunade has also proven to make a earthen shield by punching a piece of the ground.

Tsunade is also an excellent dodger, she avoid attacks pretty good considering shes not suppossed to get hit, so she doesnt use chakra on herself, but her teammates.

I think Tsunade is to fast for Mei.

i also am basing my decision off of what ive seen in the actual anime with my own eyes....Mei superheated her entire body and burned the white zetsu off of her while he was trying to sap her chakra....as far as i know tsunade is limited to close combat if she fights...so Mei using whatever technique that was, would nullify her chance to inflict damage...even if she did hit her, guys quit acting like tsunade one shots everyone...she was pounding on orochimaru (who had no arms to even defend himself with) and could not one shot him...creation rebirth is a killer on chakra so once it runs out, i see no way how she could ever win....

Orochimaru was a soul within a vessel.That why her punches couldn't killed him.

Good tactic for Tsunade because she attacked first. what if Mei attacked first?

Mei in my opinion has more Ninjutsu than Tsunade. I do underestimate Tsunade though. I don't know.

Honestly i think we never really saw what Tsunade is capable of. I mean she is a Senju after all. And she doesnt have all of her charkra because of her technique. But for right now for what i can tell Mei wins period.

Ps. Mei is hotter and younger!

I can't decide they are both great fighters but if i had to choose i would say TSUNADE
