I think Tsunade can win, only problem I see is Shino.

Tsunade will probably take it. Only real challenge from the Konoha11 are Neji(block her chakra points), Lee(gates), shino(bugs) and shikamaru(tactics and traps). The rest will get wiped out fast.

remember when he was fighting with naruto(when naruto was training about rasengan)tsunade,broke the whole earth around her with only his one finger,
she can heal himself very fast

People say Tsunade would be done for after Shino got a hold of her. There is a major problem. She has the natural strength to lift Gamabunta's Sword. Even a natural punch would kill Shino.
As far as Shikamaru goes they both have 5s in the databook for intelligence. He isn't necessarily a think on the fly kind of guy. This I believe is where her experience comes in. Neji could pose a problem. Though I suppose with Katsuya not so much...

hmmmm they'd only have a chance if shino stayed hidden and constantly sent his bugs after her. i believe eventually they'd catch her. then it's a matter of time before they drain her chakra. it also depends if shino has enough bugs to take care of katsyuu! i mean...in the movie, he convered that entire chimero thing in the hole and all but...movies don't count sadly QQ. but assure me, everyone will probably die if this doesn't work lolol
