sakura would be a big problem for her because she has studied under her for so long but she will probably win with her cell regeneration justu. that is unless neji can doge a punch and kick well and cut off her chakara flow so she cant use the regeneration thingy

Yeah but Tsunade is a master of evasive movement.

Hinata, chouji, sakura, kiba, lee, neji will have to get close range to Tsunade to attack her. The only ones I can see managing to back off without receiving a punch in their face here are Neji and probably lee...... The other 4 will be incapacitated here......

Tsunade still got her Genesis of Rebirth and Byakugou....... that means weapon from tenten, piercing shadows of shikamaru, won't work

Ino? Her jutsu is kinda slow, but she might be able to pull it off

Don't know about sai

After 2 or 3 rounds of attacks the fight will become

Neji, Lee, Sai (AND MAYBE SHIKAMARU) vs Tsunade
since Tsunade got this UBER STAMINA THING, she would be fresh and ready to continue fighting.......... But the others? (with the exception of probably lee)

Her acid spitting slug almost takes care the majority of Konoha 11. Her main problems would be Neji, Shikamaru, Lee and Sakura but all of their efforts would be useless against her Mitotic regeneration. U_U

She uses chakra for her regeneration jutsu. So if Neji block her chakra system. It's over. And he is faster than Tsunade and has Byakugan and kaiten to protect himself in close combat if it's needed. That's why i say Neji can solo.
