Konan : well she's an akatsuki member no need to say shes strong and she's smart too seeing her fight with the insect clan and tobi

Tsunade: sanin , strength , medical , forehead seal

I feel tsunade wins this she just can't die in a battle....

If she can use that beast explosions that she done against Tobi then Tsunade has no chance... But i doubt she can keep using again and again....

Secondly, we dont know much about Tsunade and her Ninjutsu... We know she is excellent in medical stuff and she has monster strength but other than that we don't know much... Yeah she has her summoning but it can be stopped aswell.

if tsunade can handle the instant transmission used by the third raikage, i think she can as well heal herself from the damage done by the bigggggg explosion technique. hence even being prepared konan cannot defeat her. BUT tsunade too does not seem to be in a position to be able to fight a swarm of flying papers unless she gets hold of some weakness in konan..... soooooo... A DRAW(konan prepared but tsunade unprepared) and TSUNADE(if prepared).

Who carrys a load of oil or acid on them.... Jiraiya had a Jutsu we dont know if Tsunade does aswell...
