Are you serious? The largest version of Katsuyu that Tsunade can summon by herself is less than 5%, water dome totally dwarfs that. And i haven't even mentioned Great Shark Bullet.

And Tsunade would have serious problems hitting a Kenjutsu expert like Kisame.
All Kisame needs is one direct hit with Samehada, and he could suck Tsunade dry, keeping in mind that Tsunade never starts a battle with the Byakugou seal.

The sharks are roughly the size of a person, Tsunade summoned a Katsuyu that covered the village in a matter of seconds to save everyone from peins attacks, Katsuyu is pretty big.

Gai fought on par with Kisame in CQC and was only overpowered by his immense strength. That's not an issue for Tsunade. Bee did best Kisame in CQC as I recall he blew his chest almost off then Kisame went to ranged combat.

and then kisame healed from it,ripped bee chakra away from him and did it again and again till he used water dome and preceded to beat the Shit out of bee lol

gai is quite faster than tsunade so even it he was fighting just on par according to you he would still outspeed her...also that kisame had 30% of its power

Katsuyu summoning. The size should burst it and the feedback from the space time jutsu should dispress the water. And If she really want to get down a dirty she can liquidfy and Tsunade can kill him with medical ninjutsu like she did with Orochimaru.
Yes he can absorb chakra, but medical chakra is different in nature.
Not to mention Katsuyu's acid in the water should kill him and his sharks, Tsunade would be fine because she either have immunity, or she'll just tank and regenerate from it.

Tsuande doesn't need chakra to kill him, and a plethora of her chakra is sealed away, she cant get it. He only got to naruto's in part one because naruto was entering the cloak mode.

Do you know size? the waterdome dwarfs katsuyu and acid gets diluted (science b*tch). Unless tsunade suddenly grows gills, she gets nig diffed
