killer bee tsuandae wont have a chance against 8 tailes released :/ plus he has samaheda so if he hits tsunade she cant be immortal for the duration she is

i agree bee wins. but tsunade doesnt stand a chance? that is wrong in so many ways. she has katsuya which could be a problem (bee could beat it but it would still be semi-difficult because it can split apart). also if bee tries to get in close with samehada he could get seriously thrashed because tsunade is incredibly powerful and incredibly skilled in close range combat. bee's regular swords are usless, tsunade showed that in her fight against oro when his sword wasnt enough to kill her when she had her immortality jutsu. but yes if bee goes tailed beast mode he wins because of sheer power and chakra levels
and yes 666 tsunade is immortal in battle for a duration and she is severely underestimated. no lol

Tsunade is not immortal, she has just very much chakra and she can heal herself very good. I think that Bee wins because he has perfect controll over the 8 tails, and even if Tsunade can heal, she will not survive a tailed beast bomb full efectU_U And Tsunade is a close range fighter, so is Bee. Tsunade brings the battle close, but she can not hit Bee because of his sword skillsU_U KIller Bee all the way broxd

tsunade wouldnt be completely defeated until she runs out of chakara, but since bee has samaehada bee would win at the end, tsunade is not that weak and she can fully heal herself, but she is no match againt bee..

Tsunade is in no way immortal she can still get her head chopped off.Although she may be seemingly immortal while she is using the Creation Rebirth jutsu Bee and his seven swords would hack her to pieces esp. if he puts raiton through them like when he fought Sasuke.

In both Manga and anime they said she is piratically immortal in combat because of her medical skills. I can find page if you want. Which means if going by manga she can't be killed in combat. But if we just going by skills and tools then she'll lose because of samehada and bee's skills.
Oh and Kabuto and shizuni hinted at her skills in combat due to her healing.
