Itachi has no intel so he won't start with MS.

This is full knowledge for her + BM Cloak, its not like she won't be waiting for any of the MS jutsus.
If he starts with Amaterasu and is lucky to hit her whole body (not just an arm as she would be able to survive by ampution) he wins. But if she's able to summon Katsuyu, as the fight prolongs he gets outlasted.

Even if the fight prolongs, she has nothing to counter, block or evade Amaterasu. She still gets fried.

What chakra? The BM Cloak? Please, its only durability feats are blocking Madara and Obito's Katon, and they needed Naruto do that for them.

She can hide in a mini Katsuyu, and have hundreds more working as diversion, making Itachi spam Amaterasu which he shouldn't do as he gets vulnerable after.

Itachi can see her chakra inside Katsuyu with his Sharingan, he easily looks at it and fries her.

He doesnt need to attack with MS. MS will obviously end up being used before this fights over, when he needs it, he uses it and its over.

She isn't blitzing Itachi, even with the BM cloak.

Amaterasu burnt Danzo up in a few seconds. Mini Katsuyu gets burnt up faster which reveals Tsunade, then GG. Distracting Itachi isn't going to happen as Susanoo tanks all of Katsuyu's assaults.

Lmao, nope. He was able to use 2 large scale Amaterasu's, 1 Tsukuyomi, 1 Katon and a few minutes of V3 and V4 Susanoo. All that's necessary is 2 small scale Amaterasu's and V1 Susanoo. Claiming he will die or be hindered by stamina problems is a ridiculous claim.

Why not? Her Shunshin speed is amazing. Remember when she arrived to the battlefield before the ANBU?

Sharingan easily keeps up with her vision. She is nowhere near as fast as V2 A's Shunshin (which escaped Sharingan's vision) If you can't escape the Sharingan you can't blitz a Sharingan user, especially one with reactions like Itachi's.

Not to mention this tremendous speed boost you guys are insinuating for Tsunade is pretty much non existent in the manga.

Not itachi's version. The one he used against sasuke was considerably slower. He doesn't have sasuke's feats. Sasuke seems to be better with amaterasu than itachi could have hoped to have been beyond that without needing to see amaterasu she would have felt the change in air pressure and would begin to react before it was used due to full knowledge. And any attack from tsunade would wreck itachi due to the bm cloak

Sasuke is only better than Itachi at Amaterasu due to Enton.

Amaterasu has clearly been stated and shown to spawn where the user looks multiple times.

Not to Amaterasu, physical durability won't help against this kind of fire, or any kind of fire. He doesn't need to worry about this army, again, V1 Susanoo shields him while he fries Tsunade.

He's protected. But how long will he have to maintain his defence and attack at the same time? Stamina would be important if he has to defeat hundreds of opponents.

But using Susanoo and Ama (two jutsus that tire him the most) at the same time would drain him a lot. Even a 30% Itachi was able to perform the said Katon without visible straining, but wasn't able to use either Ama or Susanoo alone, much less together.
