Tsunade has BM cloak and full knowledge. Itachi only knows she is a Sannin and her strength is on pair with Jiraiya's.

Amaterasu is either tanked by Byakugou or dodged - Lee had enough speed to blitz and cut Madara in two from the kyuubi chakra. She may not be as fast as Lee in base but Lee wasn't using shunshin.

Either way, Itachi can't keep up Susanoo forever.

Amaterasu burns her up in a matter of seconds. Byakugo tanking Amaterasu is laughable when Danzo was burnt up in a a matter of seconds. She can probably pro long it for a few more seconds but in the end she gets roasted.

Dodge? Lee blitzing Madara?

Guy clearly gave Lee a speed boost by propelling him forward. Lee didn't blitz Madara with his own speed. Tsunade isn't as fast as V2 A's Shunshin so she can't dodge Amaterasu.

Either way, Itachi can't keep up Susanoo forever.

He doesn't need Susanoo for Tsunade, BM cloak or not.

-Tsukuyomi one shots if he makes eye contact.

Why not? Her base speed isn't that bad either. Shunshin + BM cloak = V1 A's speed.

This is full knowledge for her + BM Cloak, its not like she won't be waiting for any of the MS jutsus.
If he starts with Amaterasu and is lucky to hit her whole body (not just an arm as she would be able to survive by ampution) he wins. But if she's able to summon Katsuyu, as the fight prolongs he gets outlasted.
