Its not like Tsunade is known for having fast taijutsu so with the sharigan it would be no problem to avoid punches and counter accordingly.

Itachi easily. He is faster, has a better reflex, better taijutsu skill, has the sharigan.
As long as tsunade doesnt make contact with him, which i believe she cannot due to what ive mentioned above, itachi wins with low difficulty

If your argument is correct, than any sharingan user can beat the best taijutsu specialist just because he can predict his moves..no, he can predict them, yeah..but is he going to be able to react and counter effectively for each move? No.

She couldn't even keep up with pre shipuuden Kabuto for kami's sake, Kabuto blitzed her in no time at all and the only reason she didn't die is because they were trying not to kill her but to capture her so that they can force her to heal oro's hands.

She did land a hit on Kabuto after that but that was only after he let his guard down and started crackling like a mad man, this woman will never win a taijutsu match against Itachi, his speed and reflexes are WAY ahead of hers and he has the pre cog of the sharingan to predict her moves, not that he would need it to predict her slow ass moves anyway, you're just being a fanboy yo, noway someone who was outclassed by kabuto in a hand to hand battle can top Itachi, that is a fairy tail.

i think thats it would be a fairly even fight, though it is stilll in tsunade's favor. becasue if it is strickly a taijutsu battle that would mean no sharingan and no chakra impowered hits.

Itachi has more speed and with sharingan he can predict tsunade,s movements, just because tsunade has super-human strenght doesnt mean she is a taijutsu specialist.
