Title has it. Guy starts in gate.5 He can use all gates(8th gate included). Although he can only use the 8th gate in approximately 5-10mins.
Tsunade starts with her slug.. LOL..

i went guy for this one, only because we know most of the extent of guys abilities.we dont know how powerful tsunade really is,untill then, i say guy. if you think aout it, tsunade has to have something legit up her sleave. she is hokage for a reason. she is suppose to be the strongest in the village. untill i see why she is hokage, ill go with guy.

Guy beat kisame, and kisame was pretty tough one. I think he will pwn Tsunade too, unless she has some mega powerful jutsus in her sleave.

I don't think tsunade can die in battle. But my vote goes to Gai. While Tsunade is on her slug Gai will run up kick the slug in the face and launch them both into space. Then Tsunade dies.

Even if Gai using 8 gates managed to crush every inch, every centimeter, of Tsunade's skeletal frame she'd just regenerate using Genesis of Rebirth. It'd take a toll on her because that's a lot of cell divisions, but the point is she'd survive. Gai on the other hand would die by opening the 8th gate alone

Assuming Gai's smart enough not to open the 7th gate, he still can't stay in that mode for long because of the damage it does to his body. The story remains the same, Tsunade would regenerate from his attacks and find an opening when Gai's body starts wearing out
