Its blinding and noisy even sharingan users weren't able to see through it, due kabuto is immune to the light and noise he can move freely and will cut tsunades head with chakra scalpel.

Btw i think it is more difficult to kill kabuto( snake rebirth, every damage can be bypassed each rebirth )
than killing tsunade ( lose head lose life )

Katsuyu will be useless after Manda 2 will deal with her

Sennin Mode Kabuto + Orochimaru, Sound Four and Kimimaro enhancements... it's such an horrible rape I can't even make myself imagine it. Kabuto is tiers and tiers faster and more reflexive, has things like Hakugeki, Muki Tensei, SM sensing, Orochimaru body rebirth, SM powered Mugen Onsa, Edo Tensei...
