okay so the mystical palm technique is just a concentrated amount of chakra into your hands. you dont need to put any force into it like when you use the gentle fist technique.

water release-cleans the wound
fire release-stops the bleeding
earth release-repairs the damage

you can also use different forms of your new jutsu Wind Removal Technique and the Gentle Fist to stop bleeding and make a diagnosis.
