You are overrating tsunade so much. She can't beat itachi, due to itachi's intelligence and 1 shot KO techs. She can't break tskuyomi neither evade Amaterasu and she can't break his susanoo. You seem to forget that itachi finished orochimaru in less minute while she and jiraiya were struggling.

I would say she is stronger than hiruzeb but weaker than the rest.
