Itachi can't be compared to a chakra monster and medical ninjutsu genius.. and combat genius like Tsunade....
And she is the strongest Kage of the Gokage.....
As far as the Hokage are concered shes = to Minato. Both Specialize in different things. <<< I judge from prowess not 1vs1.

Itachi has never been anything special to me. He has his eyes and some superweapons but in other ways he just sucks. Everything he has is because of HIS EYES. It's just ridiculous really.
And still he lacks skills to actually be very strong. Totsuka can be dodged.

Orochimaru, the man with an insane obsession with immortality, wouldn't think of a way to counter acid?
And besides, Orochimaru is no stranger to being disintegrated.

And besides, that was just Orochimaru getting Katsuyu to back off. He could have dodged the full brunt of the acid and then used Oral Rebirth if need be.
OT: Hashirama, 3rd Raikage, and Mu are stronger than Tsunade.

I'm just astounded... I knew that there are people who take what people say for face value without thinking about it, so those people saying Katsuyu > Orochimaru (lol) doesn't bother me too much (plus it's funny). But actually thinking Tsunade > Itachi is just ridiculous.
