You had me till 'she tanked the speed of Light', then you lost me at TBB. Yes, you can make an argument that she has immense durability and can tank a lot of attacks. But TBB? You cannot be serious. I have used this argument for her durability myself against gated Gai - not the last one of course - but this is insane.
Which TBB are we even talking about? Naruto's mini-tbb - it was literally inside his palm, it was that small - which Madara deflected in his face, easily bypassed the clone's partial BM cloak defense and it disappeared. Now imagine if Tsunade was in his place. She would have been literally turned into a maroon paste and Konoha would have sent cleaners to wipe off her stains from the battle field.
If you noticed clearly, then 4th Tanked it without his armour.

You're comparing Tsunade to Third Raikage.
Tsunade got pierced by a Susanoo Sword while the Third Raikage tanked a Rasenshuriken. Their durability is not equal.
Even with regeneration, it's not enough to tank a TBB. Regeneration has not shown to grow back limbs. TBB will disintegrate Tsunade to the point where there is noting left to regenerate.
Even Orochimaru claimed that a TBB from a 4 tailed Naruto would be enough to kill him and he survived being cut in half.

You can't compare Orochimaru to Tsunade.

Yeah I can because Orochimaru did feats that Tsunade failed at.
For one, he healed himself when being cut in half whereas Tsunade needed help in order to reassemble her lower half.
Also Hashirama needed to defend himself against a TBB. If he could heal through it, he wouldn't have needed the Mokuton Mokujin.

He basically did what katsuyu would've did with Tsunade , Tsunade could've stuck herself back together via creation rebirth, or even regret more legs,...but she choose to save the Kage.
Hahsirama had instant restoration, it like being heal by a medic.
Tsunade has regenration, regnerating vital organs and limbs, instantly

Madara clearly stated that Tsunade and Hashirama possessed the same ability.
