Kishimoto hasn't revealed that yet, but there are a lot of possibilities it doesn't have to be Tsunade, since she obviously don't have FTG.

For all we know, he could just say he learned the technique by reading jutsu scrolls made by the second hokage, just like how Oro learned how to use edo tensei.

If Tsunade has FTG, why did she asked Ayys assistant to teleport them?

FTG is a technique which allows the user to transport themselves to a given location in the blink of an eye.

don't ever think that minato learned by himself because,

FTG is senju jutsu and tobirama found this jutsu and he taught it to tsunade and she passed it to minato.

if someone wonder why she didn't use it against madara , i would say that she was busy healing the kages and fighting at same time and if she was alone then she will use it definitively against madara.

tsunade is senju and she also knows lighting release so definitely she knows FTG from her uncle tobirama

Sakumo Hatake taught him U_U
It seems more logical than tsunade knowing ftg.Minato was kakashi's sensei and I wouldn't be surprised if he got a little help from the white fang.

1) FTG is not a Senju technique,we only saw Tobirama using it,which doesn't indicate that it's a jutsu passed down to the clan.We haven't seen anyone else from the Senju clan using this technique.
2) Even if it's a Senju technique that doesn't mean that all Senju's have it,neither it means that Minato learned this directly from a Senju.We've seen many examples in which someone who is not related with a clan,learns their techniques and secrets.Most recent example,Orochimaru which learned about the shinigami secrets.
3) If Tsunade had FTG I am pretty sure she would use it during the fight with Madara.That would have helped her avoid getting cut in half and completely trashed by Madara.

She has shown literally no sign of having FTG.

First off, it's Minato's signature technique. Kishi isn't going to give it to any person that comes along. Secondly, Minato is the fastest to ever life, not Tsunade.

Also, you ask for proof? You barely show any proof yourself. All of those are just meaningless assumptions. So don't call people out demanding proof whilst you do nothing of the sorts yourself.

If it's a Senju technique, I'm sure Hashirama has it too, yet shows no sign of it. Even asking Tobirama to teleport, meaning he cannot. And if Tsunade taught it to Minato, why not to Jiraiya as well?

Sorry, it just doesn't add up.

tobirama was like her grandfather and he passed it to her .

look at jiraya , he didn't master rasenghan perfectly but he's the one who taught it to minato.

same goes for tsunade, she didn't master ftg but she's the one who taught it to minato since she is the last senju

why didn't kabuto use the edo tensei on him if he was that strong ????
and that doesn't proof anything that he can solo sannin because he can't in reality .
they said,
hanzo was more powerful than 3 saninn but he lost to mere samurai .
i bet tsunade ( 5th hokage) can solo both hanzo and sakumo at same time
