I'd have to disagree. Just because she is a Senju does not mean she can use certain techniques, like Mokuton or Tobirama's S/T jutsu. Speed would not suit her fighting style of brute strength and medical jutsu.
Look at it this way, if she starts using S/T jutsu then she'll just be a copy of Ay.

We don't know if Tsunade has Lightning Release, nor do we know if she was ever taught by Tobirama. We also do not know the complete story behind Tobirama's S/T jutsu or how Minato got the idea for his. The evidence you have provided is 'unspecified' as far as facts go, and so we must assume your theory is incorrect.

Wait until the manga shows us concrete proof or evidence, as this is no more than a wild speculation.
