Your interpretation of this page is simply incorrect, helped by the way it was translated.

Tsunade says on this page that they need to counter Madara's fire techniques, they're saving the FTG to transport the Mizukage to the battlefield (which they in fact did) Genma's little body guard unit are the users of FTG passed to them by Minato himself. The seal for the FTG however is incorporated into Tsunade's genesis seal most likely due to the fact that she is the current reigning hokage and it would be advantageous to have instant back up. (something they learned from Oro's attack on the 3rd)

The only evidence to support your theory is that she is the grand niece of Tobirama...but if that's the case why doesn't Hashirama have it too? It might be that not everyone has the ability to learn/master every technique.

Tsunade doesn't have FTG. It hasn't even been confirmed that she has Lightning Release either. She's a master with medical jutsu and on the human body. The human body actually has electrical impulses occurring on the inside. Tsunade could have just jump started those electrical impulses with a medical jutsu to disrupt Kabuto's body.

As for Minato having a low chakra capacity? Considering it takes three veteran jonin to use it once before getting exhausted, then I think you're just spoutin' bullshit there mates.

FTG isn't a Senju jutsu. Tobirama has stated he knows it, but that doesn't been it's a Senju jutsu. For all we know, it could have been an Uzumaki Jutsu that Tobirama got from the Senju's close ties with that Clan, more than likely seeing as it is a Fuinjutsu based technique. Minato could have re-created it with the help of Kushina, who was basically the heiress of the Uzumaki clan at the time.
