FTG is a technique which allows the user to transport themselves to a given location in the blink of an eye.

don't ever think that minato learned by himself because,

FTG is senju jutsu and tobirama found this jutsu and he taught it to tsunade and she passed it to minato.

if someone wonder why she didn't use it against madara , i would say that she was busy healing the kages and fighting at same time and if she was alone then she will use it definitively against madara.

tsunade is senju and she also knows lighting release so definitely she knows FTG from her uncle tobirama

proof: she can do it only one time in fight and she told raikage she will save it against madara .

In Narutoverse, a lot of jutsu's are derived and take, to become a better jutsu.

Just like Minato taking flying thunder god slash from Tobirama and Naruto improving upon the rasengan through adding a nature transformation with it same with Sasuke whom derived his Chidori into waving his hand with Lighting Chakra and controlling the lighting storm in the sky which turned out to be Kirin (A S-Class Lighting Release).

Well it's not impossible for her to know how to use the jutsu considering Hiruzen most likely could use it also however I think Minato has them both trumped in regards to how proficient he was at using the technique

Well i know Tsunade doesnt have FTG,but question was who is best in using it,and she voted for Tsunade,and later in disqus she told Tsunade isnt good as Minato,and about light style i readed and watched all episodes of Naruto like rest of here and theres no evidence that she used light style and FTG

Lighting Release isn't used in flying thunder god lol...

It's a Fuinjitsu (the seal on Kunai's) and an Space-Time Ninjutsu being added to that equation which is the by-product of Flying Thunder God.

Consider this:
You keep asking people who taught Minato FTG, let me ask you, who taught him Rasengan?
Also who taught Tobirama FTG?
If any of these can develop their own jutsu, why is it so difficult for you to accept Minato could have developed it on his own.
And Minato stated Obito s/t superceeds the s/t jutsu of Tobirama and his, meaning they are not the same s/t jutsus.

Also if you can provide a scan with Tsunade using Raiton, then I would belive a lil part of your post or theory.

Honestly after seeing ur arguments I must say u're not making sense.Saying Tsunade knows how to use FTG has got to be one of the most ridiculous things I've seen on Narutobase but am not really surprised u're just like other individuals who come up with insane assumptions and argue that it's true but I must tell u Tsunade doesn't know how to use FTG.It has been shown in d mangaand anime that Tsunade isn't the fastest or even remotely close to d fastest ninja so why d **** would you just make that silly assumption??? I too dont think that tsunade possess the knowledge of FTG...i dont think she can use it....
bcoz..during obito's invasion of konoha..i.e at the time of naruto's birth,both obito and minato fight.....
During that minato mentions that obito's teleportation is faster than that of the second i.e Tobirama and Minato's but he does not mention tsunade......if she taught minato that technique he wud have certainly mentioned her.....
