Okay so without using stupid fanboy arguement "shes the best, shes a sannin, shes hokage" How would she even touch tobi? And even if she did he could use sharingan to see right through her and human path to rip her soul out... so tell me now how could she touch him?

I'm not saying she will defeat Tobi, but if Konnan reached the conclusion of how she could touch Tobi, I think that Tsunade, a much more experienced shinobi, a senju, a sannin and a kage would find the way as well....
I know that tobi is quite untouchable for here, but remember that she can also use the FTGT of the 4th and she plans to use it on Madara as she just said on Manga 562 ,,, if she uses the FTGT she would be fast enough to reach Tobi before he can activate space-time jutsu. Thta's my opinion, and if she awakes wood style as everybody is waiting , that would be all for Tobi... not to mention that it is not Kishimoto's plan to make them fight.
This is my argument, and I'm not even thinking on Creation Rebirth which is a very powerful card to play.

I think Chiyo was the best of her time and Mei Terumi has only some blood limit techniques and is way stronger than Konnan, but still that role goes to Tsunade just cuz Kishimoto wants so.

Please pull up the manga page that stated that Tsunade is the greatest female ninja in the world. There is nothing stating that Mei or Chiyo cannot beat her.

She never beat Chiyo in a fight, only countered her poisons.

I wont work for u since I already know how it is... any way, u should look some chapters before Tsunade vs Orochimaru,,, everything is explained there... first season.... also, in addition, one of the last Anime.."Ah!, Tsunade-sama, my Hero" Gai explains Tenten why Tsunade is considered as the strongest Kunoichi of the world... she is known as the "Legendary Kunoichi"... come to think of it... that's all. Last Senju, last Sannin, 5th Hokage... I think its not for nothing.
