I DO think that Tsunade has a lot of chances to defeat Tobi cuz she is a Sannin , the strongest Kunoichi of the world, the Godaime Hokage of Konoha and the last Senju. If she awakes mokuton she will beat even GOD.

That's your thinking?? lol. ok, i respect it, but that's not Kishimoto's, so, he is the writter and he says that Tsunade is the strongest Kunoichi and his favorite female character. Tsunade would eat Konnan for breakfast . Kushina never fought, she is only know for being a jinchuriki and know some sealing techniques.

You can't say Kushina is the strongest anything until we see some Jutsus from her.Konan is definitely not, that paper bomb technique she used against Tobi was set up over a long period of time.Also, did you forget about Lady Chiyo and Mei(mizukage).

I think Chiyo was the best of her time and Mei Terumi has only some blood limit techniques and is way stronger than Konnan, but still that role goes to Tsunade just cuz Kishimoto wants so.

Okay so without using stupid fanboy arguement "shes the best, shes a sannin, shes hokage" How would she even touch tobi? And even if she did he could use sharingan to see right through her and human path to rip her soul out... so tell me now how could she touch him?
