Tsunade can easily defeat Kimimaro by Replaying Sakura vs Madara Except with no Limbo The OP hasn't stated that Kimi is In prime so I'm suggesting he is Still chronically Ill meaning one Strike and it's down.Sakura can easily overpower Jirobo seeing she's much faster and stronger meaning if she strikes the ground I think she could take Half of them out.Sakon can be tricked by a simple Kawirimi and then get beheaded with a Chakra Scalpel.

Now for Tayuya her Genjutsu is incredibly strong BUT..
The ninja needs to stop the flow of chakra in their body, and then apply an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; this is called Genjutsu Dissipation (Genjutsu Kai). This can also be done by an unaffected ninja by applying a sudden surge of chakra into the affected person.Sakura having precise CC can easily overcome this seeing that in PT1 she was able to Break Kabuto's Genjutsu how about now when she is developing the S-Rank pinnacle of chakra control seal.and was able to send Obito enough chakra to travel Continously through 6 dimension Tayuya's Genjutsu is measly compared to that.

Another is through intense pain not caused by the genjutsu and utilising the resulting pain to bring their senses back in order (of the first two options, the latter seems more effective in most situations, or at least is the easiest).Like how Shikamaru broke his finger to escape Tayuya's Sakura can regenerate and heal from any damage that has occurred with Byakugo seeing she got a staff Lodged in her abdomen and didn't even flinch Breaking a finger is nothing.

Tsunade isnr beating kimimaro in taijutsu. Never ever. He can just shoot spike bones out of the ground or shoot bone bullets from his fingers at her head and pierce through her brain

While sakura andd tsunade may or maynot be able to break out of the sound genjutsu, this is irrelevamt, as those few seconds that it would take for them to realalize whats going on would be more than enough for the sound five to kill them

1.I'm pretty sure if steel hard bones came to Tsunade's head she'll probably block and as we know her Byakugou regenerates she took Yasaka Magatama head on so that's no problem.

She is awesome in taijutsu. :| Tsunade has much better speed feats and will catch up to any member of the sound five she wants to before the one can even act.
Screaming and fighting isn't that hard really.

Kimimaro is essentially a superior version of Tsunade, and is better than her at everything not pertaining to physical striking strength (which he makes up for with chakra-blade level bones). With full knowledge, he'll know the risk of attempting to tank her strikes and will rely on his speed and nimbleness to poke her body full of holes / carve her up with bone swords.

The remaining Sound 4 ganging on Sakura should be a very easy win for them as well. She will have to avoid strikes from Jirobo (which are pretty much OHKO) while not dying to Sakon and Ukon, all while Tayuya is preparing a sound Genjutsu and Kidomaru is sniping her from trees with nearly undodgeable arrows (and he can also snipe Tsunade as well while she is distracted with Kimimaro, not that Kimimaro needs help).

Sound 5 are an incredibly broken unit when they fight together. They've got a mid-Kage level fighter to keep the enemy distracted, a Genjutsu master who can comfortably prepare paralyzing illusions while the enemy is distracted, and a sniper with 120% accuracy that even the Byakugan's 360 degree vision was unable to dodge properly. Sakon, Ukon, and Jirobo are just icing on the cake, as is the extremely advantageous location (for Tayuya and Kidomaru).

2. Kimimaro has regenerative capacity on par, if not superior, to Tsunade. As long as he isn't killed by a single punch, he has a chance to heal the damage.

3. Kimimaro has full knowledge here, and won't be attempting to tank shots. He has the speed necessary to avoid her blows.

If you think Kimimaro is Chunin level, then by extension you'd have to think Tsunade is Chunin level as well. The only thing Tsunade has on Kimimaro is striking strength (which he makes up for with chakra-blade / Chidorigatana level bones).

He is better than her at everything else, ranging from bodily durability, speed, versatile CQC style (nimble, can extrude sharp bones from anywhere in his body at will, utilizes Genjutsu), attacking range (via bone bullets and bone forest), and arguably regeneration.

It's sound. You need to hear the sound as it is in order for it to work. :| A scream/shout would defend her from hearing it at all or at least make the sound she hears different, thus it wouldn't work.
By chunin level I meant Sakon/Ukon. Kimimaro is a high jonin-low kage. Tsunade on the other hand is high kage level by fighting capabilities alone.

The thing is that Kimimaro's bones are easily broken by Tsunade. Other way to bring him down fast is with Katsuyu's acid.
In order for Kimimaro to actually cause a threat he needs to get to close combat, then he's pretty easily grabbed and he won't be running anymore. :|

I personally believe Tsunade is actually faster and has better reactions given her latest fighting feats.
