Sakura and tsunade can clearly summon more than 10% of katsuyu. 20% at most. Katsuyu overwhelms kakuzu and his hearts alone. And Sakura/tsunade constantly fighting against him alongside katsuyu he is killed in mins.

There's a difference between that Tsunade and current Tsunade. Hell, even the Tsunade who fought Oro minutes after was different.

Kakazu who can use his Domu should be able to devestate either Tsunade or Sakura

Tsunade can break a Susanoo and Sakura can harm a Juubi Jinchuuriki. I don't see how Domu is a factor, be it either offensively or defensively. Devastate a Byakugo user with some rock hard punches?

Part 2 tsunade is not comparable to part 1 tsunade
Even after she fought orochimaru she powered up extremly
If they both summon 10% of katsuyu the match is over for them
