Hidan is non factor ,his ability is useless against them as they can regenerate even if he managed to take blood from them
Also they can destroy him with their strength
Sakura and tusonade can summon 10 % of katsuya which is so big and can hurt kakazu with her acid even if he uses this jutsu( which make his skin stronger and darker)

In a nutshell: Byakugo doesn't allow the Immortal Duo to put them down for good, they're superior in CQC and they can harm or incapacitate them with strenght or chakra scalpels.

Lord have mercy if 10% Katsuyu popped in the battlefield. That thing should restricted.
