Tsykuyomi isn't a factor. its too many of them. They either snap out via byakugou or chakra transefer.
Totsuka can be avoided. Orchimaru was a sitting duck and was gloating.
Tsunade and Sakura punches are strong enough. tsunade sliced through a susanoo sword with ease.

Itachi doesn't have the Stamina to face two byakugou users.

Okay so while Itachi uses Tsukiyomi on Tsunade, Sakura takes Itachi out from behind as he's suffering from backlash. Wonderful strategy you got there. Didn't know that Itachi can make 5 giant susanoo clones to overwhelm Tsunade with susanoo swords.

I don't get it, regneration is intant, tsunade and sakura should be able to absorb the Amaterasu.
After it burns there skin off new skin appear, Amaterasu disappears, it is not that hard, Amaterasu isn't being used continiously. Beside it burns unto nothing is left, creation rebirth makes new cells

sorry but the part with byakogu is absorbing Amaterasu is pure fan fiction, the manga says amaterasu burns 7 days and 7 nights.
body parts like the head or the chest,legs arms which get touched by amaterasu are doomed to burn a very long time.
Even if tsunade or sakura are regenerating themselves very fast, the regenerated cells would only burn away few seconds after the regeneration.

And neither Chakra transfer nor the seal is going to break Tsukuyomi until proved otherwise with Manga or Databook scans. Theories are worth nothing.

Not when Danzo had no trouble dodging susanoo's attacks. You say Tsunade is slow, though this is just a baseless statement, but fail to realize susanoo Itachi is even slower. Itachi either needs his V3/V4 susanoo to win or amaterasu spam so by no means is this fight THAT easy as some say.

Kakashi was completely disabled after the Genjutsu and lost consciousness quickly. And there is some misconception about Tsukuyomi's strength; in your context it means, the stronger Tsukuyomi is, the more Chakra it takes, which isn't entirely correct. First of all, how is Tsukuyomi's strength defined? By the length of the Genjutsu and what it contains. The length of Tsukuyomi is what decides the Chakra costs, not what it contains. Within Tsukuyomi, absolutely anything is under Itachi's control, he is free to shape the space to his desire. Instead of stabbing one with Katana's for 3 days, he could as well tear him to shreds and let him burn for 3 days. A version of Tsukuyomi dealing far more trauma, yet requiring the same amount of Chakra, as, though the content of Tsukuyomi varies, the time of the Genjutsu remains the same. So only the content of the Genjutsu varies, which is under Itachi's full control. And whether he makes the victim feel being stabbed by Katana or being burned, which is only a subjective feel which Itachi places into the victims mind, a certain scenario, a stronger Tsukuyomi, as you define it, won't cost more Chakra.

Let me ask you the other way around; where is the evidence for Tsunade's outstanding speed which is not baseless hype which results in statements like the one I quoted from TheEvilOne? Tsunade has a canon speed of 3.5, which is nowhere enough to dodge Susanoo's attacks. Even Kakashi, who is faster in canon, had to resort to Kamui. When Susanoo's Magatamas are travelling with a high speed as well. As well as Susanoo has proved to have a fast punching speed [

]. Tsunade doesn't have what it takes to dodge Susanoo's blows. Simple as that. Her fighting style itself is designed for outlasting the opponent by regenerating from his blows.

And about Itachi's stamina problems: He had enough stamina to set on fire half of the forest surrounding the Uchiha palace with Amaterasu, apart from Tsukuyomi and Susanoo.
