Tsykuyomi isn't a factor. its too many of them. They either snap out via byakugou or chakra transefer.
Totsuka can be avoided. Orchimaru was a sitting duck and was gloating.
Tsunade and Sakura punches are strong enough. tsunade sliced through a susanoo sword with ease.


Itachi give poisoned messing round with Shizune.

Itachi doesn't have the Stamina to face two byakugou users.

Leaning heavily towards Itachi, stamina is going to be a problem though.

Itachi knows nothing of the byakugou, he will waste most of his abilities on normal sharrigan attacks, and probably will only be able to use 1 Ms attack, while he have 3 opponents. all of which are medical ninjutsu, two of which shouldn't be engaged directly. 1 maybe all of which use poisons. Genjutsu would be foolish because the odds are against him and he isn't capturing them all at once. He would have to rely on long range attacks and he will run out of chakra. Tsunade and sakura are distructive enough alone , together is to overwhelming.
Itach fleed from Jirayah for a reason, fighting 2.5 tsunades is too much. I don't see him winning.

Amaterasu is a sure shot against a byakogu user, the fire burns 7 days and 7 nights.
Even with the low stamina of itachi he can beat team 1 with his superior speed and MS techniques.

None of them have the speed or defense to avoid Amaterasu. None have the agility and dexterity to avoid Tsukuyomi and we didn't even being Susanoo on the table.

With Itachi's speed and sharingan, he could avoid The Ladies's strikes. He is smart and will know what to expect from them. Shizune is basically meat shield in this fight. She won't effect anything, Itachi can easily blitz her. Tsunade and Sakura would be problematic. Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi should handle them both quite easily. Due to avoiding eye contact, Ladies are at disadvantage here. They're nothing like Gai, while they try to fight like that Amaterasu will do the job.

I don't get it, regneration is intant, tsunade and sakura should be able to absorb the Amaterasu.
After it burns there skin off new skin appear, Amaterasu disappears, it is not that hard, Amaterasu isn't being used continiously. Beside it burns unto nothing is left, creation rebirth makes new cells
