Yes, but Kisame had the elemental advantage. Plus Killer Bee did not go full Hachibi mode, because he didn't want to hurt those two guys he was carrying around as baggage.

Also, Mei has the elemental advantage over Kisame. She has Earth Release, which is superior to the Water Release, which means that any Water jutsu he uses will most likely be ineffective against her jutsu.

Plus, there is no water around him, so he would have to create some water and as we have seen with Kisame he takes awhile to do that. In recent chapters Mei, almost instantly created the Water Dragon Jutsu, after created the Water Wall to block Madara's fire technique.

i know most of the people won't agree to this that's why i'm giving reason

tsunade vs kisame
for kisame she can be the worst match up even bad than gai who defeated kisame with his unparalleled taijutsu , she uses fists & hellla strong .
kisame has some water jutsu but i guess she can overpower it (how - if neji can overpower his water prison ten definitely she can ). she also can't get insured easily as she is a medical ninja.

mei vs tsunade
i wan't to say this tsunade is an awesome medical ninja who saved plenty of villagers by using her own chakra when pain destroyed the village by sinra tensei . which means she has huge amount of chakra . mei has shown some exceptional jutsu especially her acid mist jutsu was awesome which was able melt even the sasuke's susano .
but when i look at her fight with tsunade , i think she can survive because of her medical abilities also if she can manage to hit just one punch the fight is over for mei .

so tsunade is the winner
