@Tazzilla, it's 4 vs. 5 and almost everyone of team 2 would destroy one character in team 2; for example like Itachi would do with Tsunade and Orochimaru or Deva with Temari, Shizune, Tenten & co. they would even be solo'd. So sending out a part of them against a weaker member of team 2 like Kakuzu would reduce their chances against the big fish even more. Deva controls and stimulates the gravity of Chibaku Tensei and thus, the teammates are protected since Deva aims for the victims only.

Itachi...would kill Mei and Sakura. But in doing so he would have used most of his chakra on MS techniques

How is he wasting most of his Chakra by using Mangekyo techniques against fodder like Mei and Sakura, when he, being already at the blink of his dead, spammed Mangekyo techniques to an excessive extent? Not to mention that Itachi would beat these two characters without his Mangekyo Sharingan, Susanoo would shatter them with each one blow. There will be no major waste of Chakra for Mangekyo techniques.

Why are you laughing? Because its true? Shizune is a skilled jounin, Hinata is good in taijutsu and Tenten.... well she is Tenten who can solo everyone.

MMei isn't fodder. Mei is the biggest problem on team 1 because of her extremely massive water jutsu which take 0 hand seals. That and a her acid fog that can solo team 2 and her lava which will reduce them to stew. She's easily a priority 1 target if team two wants to survive.

But don't get me wrong; Excluding Kakuzu, Anyone on team 2 could pretty much solo team 1 high diff.

No offence, but just no.
A mask alone wrecks shizune and/or tenten. Kakuzu won't need to enter earth grudge to kill them. If he happens to even enter earth grudge, hinata now no longer has a chance to even get to his vitals. Sorry, but that's ridiculous.
Maybe Mei > Kakuzu, sure that can be argued a bit. But these 3 fodder, that's pushing it.

Kakuzu would still be at risk of gentle fist. Tenten's weapon barrage would ensure that he goes into diamond mode at which point he wouldn't be moving. If that is so then Shizune can use her poison fog and then Hinata will block his chakra points with the gentle fist.

so kakuzu will just stand there and let all this happen? when hes easily kakashi level?

The only person he cant control is hashi. He already completely bounded tobirama.
He took it upon himself to leave their minds intact but he can take that away at any moment(except for hashi)
