the main problem is the two sannin and poison users. if kakuzu doesnt fall asleep from gas bombs or breaths in shizunes fog he should be able to beat most of the fighters due to his large scale elemental attacks and virtual invincibility due to team 2 having no raiton to penetrate his defence

Deva wouldn't be able to use Chibaku Tensei without killing his teammates. Thus if he used it, Itachi would use Yasaka Magatama, Kisame would use Giant Water Shark, Kakuzu would Raiton, Mei would use Water Dragon Jutsu, Temari would use Kirikiri Mae. CT is gone.

For the same reason, he cannot use Chou Shinra Tensei because while Tsunade and Katsuyu can protect their team members, Akatsuki can't protect each other.

So Deva isn't that big of a threat here.
Shizune, Hinata, and Tenten would take out Kakuzu
Kakuzu would still be at risk of gentle fist. Tenten's weapon barrage would ensure that he goes into diamond mode at which point he wouldn't be moving. If that is so then Shizune can use her poison fog and then Hinata will block his chakra points with the gentle fist.

Tsunade, Katsuyu and Temari take out Deva since his big guns can't be used here.
Two of the most analytical females in the series can figure out the limit of time between his uses of shinra tensei and bansho tenin. Then using Temari as the bait which makes him use Shinra Tensei to avoid be harmed Tsunade attacks, directly followed by Katsuyu acid.

Orochimaru, Manda, and Ino take out Kisame
At any point that Orochimaru catches Kisame with his snakes or while Kisame is trying to create a water source Ino could use Mind Body Switch. Leaving him in place to be eaten, smashed, or stabbed, slashed, etc.


Itachi...would kill Mei and Sakura. But in doing so he would have used most of his chakra on MS techniques. If he can't use them with 30% of his chakra then they must use more than 30% of his chakra. So with only a little chakra left. He'd eventually be defeated as other shinobi get killed. If Orochimaru has 3 of his giant snakes attack Itachi, they will force him to use more chakra in addition being a distraction.
