Look at the clones shoulder with the large wound.

First you will want to apply your water hand; do not use any jutsu; you just want the water element in the chakra.

Use the water chakra to cleanse the wound.

now as you flush out the wound with water place your other earth hand over the wound

this will start healing the tissue and you wont need to sew the flesh back together by hand.

usually, if you can muster up just a little bit of fire chakra to release (with no jutsu) the fire will stop the bleeding immediately then you can mend the wound with the earth chakra.

It will still work without the fire release but will take slightly longer.

ugh, no the fire jutsu just lit the clone on fire.

i need the katon release with NO jutsu; if you release with out the jutsu it infuses your chakra with the fire element; if you summon the jutsu then you just attack the patient and kill them.

yes excellent; hang on

kage bushin no jutsu (clone has the same shoulder problem)

try again but do it in this order;

water to flush out
fire to stop bleeding
earth to heal the wound

when the wound it closed you need to adminster five minutes of the patients chakra to speed recovery

which chakra should you use on the clone
