she cant counter his jiongo thread heads up, & her slugs cant compete w/ his combos in a tactical spread

I think really strong cases could be made for both characters, but a majority of the base despises Tsunade so you're not going to find much agreement sadly.

]. He is also able to stop Matabi's claw for a bit without any Domu enhancements, a Tailed beast which has the same level of strength as Tsunade based on the devastation we see afterwards [

]. In other words, Kakuzu won't get completely overwhelmed by the punches. And this is a trait you seem to have underestimated.

Kakuzu has no bones or organs (Bar his Brain and his hearts) as nearly all of his body is filled with his tendrils. She has nothing to break and no organ to rupture (Unless she gets a head shot) so causing pain to Kakuzu or hindering his movements is nearly impossible. Kakuzu can stich up any cut that is made, so using chakra scalpel would be pointless.

Its no secret that Kakuzu is a speedster in his own right, while Tsunade only has average speed. Kakuzu is able to easily outpace his own attack (Despite the same said attack catching up to Kakashi) and at the same time, he effectively blitzes Kakashi [

]. He is also able to swiftly dodge Yamato's fast attack despite facing Naruto and being in his 'wide' state [

]. Kakuzu's speed would allow him to avoid any punches or kicks she throws at him, but even if she does land one, he has the strength and durability to withstand the hit.

Tsunade may have vast knowledge in the medical field and a lot of experience in battle. But Kakuzu has even more experience in battle (He is over 30 years older). Kakuzu was able to strategically match wits with Shikamaru, and analyzed his strategy flawlessly to the point that he even planted one of his hands in the ground before hand to counter the strategy [

]. Once Kakuzu figures out that Tsunade's strength is her primary asset, he will switch to long range, and it will be impossible for Tsunade to beat him.

Domu can enhance his strength as well as protect him against devastating attacks. Unfortunately, its hard to judge its durability since the only time it was ever breached was by the best piercing attack in the manga up to that point which conically also had a affinity advantage over Domu. It was able to easily tank Choji's meatball Jutsu, which is quiet impressive, but its hard to say wether it would tank Tsunade's punch or not. He can also combine Katon and Futon to make quiet a devastating attack with a inescapable AoE (For Tsunade at least) which would logically deal significant damage. He also has a very powerful Raiton technique by the name of Gian, it took two Raikiris to neutralize this technique, so assuming it lands, Tsunade would feel this one.

Katsuyu is a slug, last time I checked slugs mostly composed of water only unlike humans, they only have soft tissue covering it. That makes her extremely prone to Katon, it would be too hot for her as her insides would boil at a dangerous rate and she would be forced to retreat. Gian could also logically be a good counter to Katsuyu, since it would undoubtably pierce her exterior and cause an enourmous shock through out her body.

This would be a good battle because of her Byakougo, but ultimately, Kakuzu would outlast Tsunade for a High-Diff win.

Tsunade is the perfect person to counter Kakuzu who you need to kill 5 times. She has the necessary stamina and chakra to do this.

Tsunade having been a medical ninja for many years can hear erratic heartbeats from a far (

). Kakuzu's heartbeat wont be erratic but he will have 5 different heart beats which will make enough noise for her to hear. At that point, Tsunade will know he some kind of monster and be on guard and wont fall for no surprise attacks.

B. Element Attacks

She is seen jumping up and forward but she can also jump back at this speed to easily dodge the attacks. His Katon was easily dodged by Shikamaru, chouji, and Ino. (

Bringing out the masks is also a bad move, Tsunade can survive and dodge the attacks and one hit from her and the masks are done. They were easily killed by tenten (

D. Threads

). But against Tsunade its completely the wrong move to make. Anytime he tangles his threads around her she will be pulling him towards her and ending him there if he has no Domu left or taking out another heart (

). The threads are strong but Tsunade is much stronger, she was able to use her whole body to lift Gamabunta's sword high up into the air (

), no way are the threads holding her down.

She can simply cut the threads. There is no blade sharper than a chakra scalpel. It was able to cut Naruto's skin so sharply to the point where there was almost no blood. (

E. Katsuyu

Yes Kakuzu is all about the hearts, he has 5. They are definitely real hearts so they definitely beat.

As if I can take a guy seriously who thinks Kankurō/Haku can beat Sasori without much difficulty. I'm not even a fan, and even I know that is outrageous.​
