Yes he is.Darui is not greater than kakashi
Darui has way better stamina and chakra levels than Kakashi able to fight so long with 2 part 9-tailed ninja(Kinkaku and Ginkaku) and then use the 4 weapons of the Sage of 6 Paths which constantly require chakra and only a really high number of tails jinchuuriki could use them regularly.Darui then fought against Kinkaku and then used the 5th treasure to seal Kinkaku.
Kakashi can't even do 4 jutsu's without even getting exhausted.
Kamui is usless against storm release because he can only stop one of them . Look how many there are,at least 12.

Black lightning has a very long and wide range and is capable of killing and paralyzing. Although it won't be easy for Darui ,Darui is stronger than Kakashi.
