Nope. The main argument is that there are 3 extremely dangerous shinobi VS 1 extremely dangerous shinobi. Assuming they all won't hold back, Itachi cannot handle them all 3 at once. We are not talking about typical manga standards, where in 2+vs1 fights, only one character out of the group attacks at the same time.

Itachi's low stamina is just a bonus here.

I really don't understand users nowadays. People act as if he'll knock down one by one without having to defend throughout the entire fight. Please wake up, the Sannin was a legendary team, they are far great than Sasuke individually- _-

Tsu and Amat alone nearly left him drained. Surely he'll be able to perfrom these, while having to defend their attacks/summonings lol

Having one, let alone two users familiar with Itachi and his abilities, the only who will need to attack for possible opening would be Itachi. His mid-long distance attacks are easily countered, especially with three observers.

He'll have tp find opening to use OP techniques. As both Oro and Jman are familiar w/ amat and it's prep. All know he is a genjutsu user, so distance is key.

There abilities Itachi posses is a threat for 1 vs 1

Tsunade can power up Jiraiya's elemental techniques to enormous levels. His Katon is already Juubi sized, imagine it with Tsunade's chakra, lol.
