Tsunade lost to kabuto because she sucks. Kabuto medical intuition is better than hers. She is only better because of experience. I hate kabuto more than anyone and yet tsunade sucks. Kabuto by his own admission said he was not good at taijutsu and he still beat her. That is why I hate when people say tsunade is the best of the sannin. It is just ridiculousness
