Tsunade is better Hokage then Sarutobi

Ok, so I have been analyzing Sarutobi for long time now. And personally he wasn't the best Hokage leaf had.. Well not even close to the best hokage. In my opinion He is at the bottom of the best Hokages. Why?? Well because others have done more, and even if some only lasted a year or so, they made a sacrifice that is taking the effect right now.

And I believe Tsunade gets underrated for her examples as a Hokage. BUT she has proven to be better then the old man we all love.


Now lets look at the things they have done.

Hiruzen Sarutobi:

• 1. Was responsible for taking the leaf into its Prime.
• 2. Trained the Sanins
• 3. Protected the leaf against Oro.
• 4. Mastered every combat style and knew every leaf village jutsu and earned 2 nicknames, "The Professor" and "The God of Shinobi"
  

Tsunade Senju:

• 1. Was one of the main Reasons Konoha won the 2nd ninja war.
• 2. Created the medical laws
• 3. Proposed the 1 medical nin per team.
• 4. Greatest medical ninja in all of Naruto history.
• 5. Putted the counsel in its rightful place (made them shut up and realize they are not about the hokage.)
• 6. Protected the lot of lives against Pein (but it failed due to Danzo)
• 7. Is MORE DECISIVE then Sarutobi

Now the downfalls of both shinobi:

Hiruzen Sarutobi:

• 1. Letting Oro go away , even after Oro killed Konoha shinobi
• 2. Uchiha Massacre (even if he wasn't directly responsible, he still showed little care about what had happened, and also it is the only genocide in the any of the 5 Great countries. Also , Sarutobi as hokage has to take responsibility for it)
• 3. The Byakugan incident

Tsunade Senju:

• Not really any, But she could have done something about sasuke sooner. BUT she entrusted the sasuke problem to Naruto and Kakashi and Sakura. So she doesn't really have any downfalls at all.

Being said that, Tsunade has proven to be more Worthy of the title "Hokage" then Sarutobi. So people really need to stop underrating her.

I wouldn't say she's a better Hokage. They are quite different after all.

But I agree with one thing though, people need to stop underrating Tsunade. She's legendary for more than her rather...voluptuous figure (oh...Kishimoto...you sad little man)

First of all, even Danzo is a better Hokage than Tsunade. The first thing Danzo did as a Hokage was setting Sasuke in the wanted list and let raikage kill him; that would never Tsunade do because of Naruto, and that makes Tsunade to a bad leader.

His name is Hiruzen by the way, Sarutobi is his clan. It's like i'm saying Uzumaki

Taking konoha to prime is a big feat but it was only accomplished due to the Sanins, The white Fang and Minato , and many other great ninjas happened during his reign =D thats what i meant by konoha's prime.

The sannin all left. Minato died before his prime, and the village was at its peak before he became hokage. What exactly did the white fang do again? Kill himself.

Well. Kishi says that Hiruzen is the best. So...This thread is rather pointless. As for the Uchiha Massacre, if the leader, and in some cases, strongest ninja in your village was freaking out and breaking down. Do you think the village would be calm? Or do you think they'd have a giant panic?

I agree actually. Both her and Tobirama had done more innovation in the structure of the village. Tobirama invented the ninja academy and the 4 man cell units and Tsunade had come up with the idea that all cells have 1 medical nin. Sarutobi was the longest running hokage, so it was likely that he would have more problems but he never really changed anything or made konoha any better.

Sasuke was wanted when he joined the Akatsuki BUT when the info was delivered she had Pain's invasion on her hand... But how is sarutobi better?? when Tsunade did more then him...

Danzo would have been a great Kage. He would have been able to detain the Kyuubi easily, and on top of that he is a political genius with access to Kotoamatsukami. Not only will that get his way in most situations, it can one shot any major character that attacks the village. He would have strengthened Konoha's military power by a mile and he would have stopped wars by uniting the Shinobi world.

Yet Danzo proved hes nothing but a bag of horse shit. When he watched Konoha getting Attacked and did nothing what so ever. Also, "He is a political genius".. which anything to do with better hokage??? Minato was no political genius but he sure in hell was a better Hokage. "He would have strengthened Konoha's military power" really?? He would have united the shinobi world??? really?? you sure your talking about Danzo and not Naruto.. Danzo first of all wasn't even interested in "uniting the shinobi world". He was the power hungry type. Hell even all the Kages hated him LMAO.
