Tsunade-hime vs Kakashi Hatake OR Kakuzo

I disagree strongly, I believe she can beat Kakashi. Won't explain here, written too many paragraphs about it. But to summarize..
Tsunade has better stats than Kakashi overall.
Kakashi's Kamui has never accurately worked on a shinobi. The only time it somewhat worked was with Deidara's arm and Tsunade can recover from that with Creation Rebirth in an instant.
Most of Kakashi's jutsus are recoverable by Tsunade's Creation Rebirth.
For example:
Raikiri - Yes, she can create missing organs and if the injury is less, well obviously she can recover.
Fireball - Superficial burns, she can recover.
Tsunade can simply take a Raikiri to the chest, and then punch Kakashi straight in the face, or paralyze him with her Body Pathway Derangement technique. Unlike Kabuto, Kakashi doesn't have the antidote or the necessary knowledge of medical ninjutsu to overcome this paralysis.
If all else fails, she can just summon Katsuyu.
Offensively - Giant and attack with Acid. Or divide it into million Katusyu's and all attack at the same time with Acid.
Defensively - heal and provide block (since there are so many)
With Creation Rebirth, regeneration is almost instant. She will survive and regenerate from a Raikiri to the heart. Yes, she can regenerate from a Kamui, even if the part (an arm) is gone. When you regenerate something you create it again. This is explicitly what the technique does.
When one's heart is pierced, you don't die immediately. Look at Asuma. (If he didnt get stabbed in the heart..well..my point still stands)

I believe that both kakashi and kakuzu can beat tsunade although its not to say they would every time.

Creation Rebirth HEALS organs and other tissues and stuff. You can't heal whats dead!
Hence if Kakashi uses Raikiri on Tsunades heart there won't be a little scratch on it for Tsunade to just heal, she won't even have a heart anymore! Raikiri would destroy the heart completely, her heart would explode due to the size of Kakashi's hand and the electric current surrounding it. You can't heal what's not there, Kakashi would just take her heart straight out her chest and eat it. Regeneration means renewal and you can't renew something if it's no longer available. That being said Kakashi would kill her with Raikiri to the heart.
Also Kamui would also kill her easily! Tsunade cannot grow another head! Since that seal on her forehead is the source of her regenerative capabilities that would be a prime target. Kakashi could Kamui off her entire head and that's the end of the battle, she's not getting a new head and brain since that would end all the regeneration. Kakashi could also decapitate her with the executioners blade or use a Raikiri on her head and that would end the technique instantly.
Anyway idk why you people just say creation rebirth this and that like she's going to use it immediately coming into battle. It's gonna be too late for her to use it inna fight against Kakashi since Raikiri to the heart would kill her instantly, she wouldn't be able to use Mitotic Regeneration at all. She only uses Mitotic regeneration to heal life threatening injuries, Raikiri to the heart is not life threatening it life Taking! Same with Kamui.

And he's not just battling one he's battling 5 bijuu cloaked Jinchuuriki at once while Giy fights a fully transformed Bijuu.

I've always stood by the opinion that it's silly to debate Tsunade vs anyone due to her not having been able to show anything in battle so far. I highly doubt either Kakuzu or Kakashi could "kill her with ease" if they could kill her at all, but again, at the same time, it's extremely hard to debate for her given her lack of battles in the manga.
Also, lol @ "Kakashi raikiris her heart or kamui's her head", like she's not going to be fighting back, and Kakashi has shown time and time again that kamui is his last resort. He won't use it unless it's his only option. He won't come out against any ninja, regardless of how strong or how feared they are(Pain for example, he knew Pain took down Jiraiya, but he did not go straight to kamui) and go straight to kamui. Because all it takes is kamui not working once for him to be a goner against someone the level of(based off hype) Tsunade.
