you make one of the best statements on this thread, and I have to say that somehow you are right, but I feel it the other way around cuz I'm not thinking on ONE by ONE, i think that Tsunade+Chiyo is a very competitive and complementary team since, as they both have the highest medical techniques they would heal themselves many times and remain stable to fight.
You also mention that Oro is kind of immortal, and that's true... but, do you really think that if the "old hags" defeat Sasori Oro would stay there to see what happens to him ?? ,,, also, Tsunade has the Nimpo Sozou Saisei ... the original traslation of this is "Ninja Art: Genesis of the Divine Rebirth",,, i think the name expains it all... she gest to immortality as well.

It been said by who?Don't make crap up.The manga reference is towards the end of the battle when Chiyo said he could have won with his final move.That was after getting nearly all his puppets destroy and only surviving by his heart piece falling into another puppet while sakura and Lady Chiyo were nearly out of chakra.Easily won implies he was dominating or could have taken out Sakura and Chiyo at anytime.The facts of the battle show something completely different.

Tsunade would have to get example of Sasoris poison in order to make antidote for it, which takes a lot of time. I dont think we are talking about battle with preparations.

Yes he blocked it with rashumon, but he still didn't take it to the face. If he had he would have been obliterated, which is way he summoned the Rashumon Gates.

How would cells regeneration help against paralyzing effect of Sasoris poison? If she used Genesis Rebirth after being poisoned she might not die becuase of it, but she would still end up being paralyzed, lying helpless on the ground.

A poison works killing cells, that's what makes impossible the movement when it arrives to the brain and kill the nervs. Creation Rebirth would regenerate all the cell that poison could kill. IDIOT
