Obviously not. What will she do? Leave the battle with pain and go to some meeting. I dont think so. On top of that the manga is too exciting to be side tracked to the meeting.

No, after the fight. They will take full action against Akatsuki, but not one by one. It'll be insult for Kages to do that.
