hey i got a question about tsunade.
in the limits of this bio saids that i can teach Creation Rebirth to a maximum of 3 students
i want to know what exactly means

creation rebirth is the tech tsunade uses to regenerate her body this activates the mark on her forehead and she becomes near invinsible in battle

no is not that i dont now what the jutsu does, i just wanna know if i can teach it to people of my choosing or do i have to ask permition to a mod

oh sorry well I have no idea about that but normally for teaching special jutsu its to the people of ur chose but still ask a mod/sensei because i might be wrong

the mods are pretty busy lately my bio didnt get approved for 60 days so I gave up on it

im starting to think that it isnt going to get aproved, so ill make another one less powerfull than tsunade
that way it will have more chances on getting aprove
