im sure she has a soft spot for him she healed him went was under that genjutsu, his relation with naruto was like the one between Oro and pervy sage but theirs had a happy ending. Sasuke has to remind her of Oro and in the manga you can see there are feelings between the two Im not sure how deep but Tsunade is the only person i can rememberOro speaking with any kindness
