I think she dislikes him a lot imo because he attacked the kage at the summit and caused Naruto a lot of pain and didnt even stay after war. Sasuke probably doesn't even care for her so yeahh lol

Probably the sister in law from hell, who feels somewhat responsible for Sasuke because they are sort of related, and her grandfather would want her to be nice to Uchiha's, and Sakura is like a little sister to her.

I doubt she's fond of him. Hes been gone for years too so idk how he could make people gain more respect for him. The only reason kishi could make everyone like sasuke is because of what he did in the war.

What she thinks about him is probably similar to what she thinks about Orochimaru. Sasuke and Tsunade have never had interactions, but she was willing to make him a prosthetic arm, so she's probably grateful to him for helping her son-incarnate. As for Sasuke, he probably just doesn't want to kill her anymore.

It would've been something if Sasuke got with her, though. The look on Sakura's face when realizing she lost to her master even in love... ahh.

Lol again remember that Naruto had to be "alive" to get the sage power up, Tsunade greatly contributed to the alive part! Plus he would be walking around with one arm instead two of it wasn't for that same joke.
