Eh maybe, but with Satetsu no Yoroi guarding his core, Sasori should be fine. I guess that he could use her as a Human Puppet though.

Jiraya takes down Sasori with superior speed and strength, some crazy Senjutsu skillz and just being the stronger shinobi overall.

And I don't see Tsunade taking down Orochimaru though she can possibly cause a lot of harm to him. After all they're both known for being immortal The difference is that Oro's immortality doesn't have a specific time limit.

He can outlast her to be honest.

And even if he couldn't then Oro could just wait for Jiraya to take down Sasori. Cause Jiraya could certainly take down Tsunade and anyone who thinks otherwise must be reading a different manga than me.

So all in all team 2 takes it. High or mid diff.

BTW this is based of Jiraya starting in SM. If that's not the case the others might have a chance to take him down before he can enter it. In that case it could go both ways.
