He said that "katsuyu can awake her from genjutsu" so it's game over if she gives him a 1 hit ko :flaw::ice: i'm a itachi fan. seriously he can put up a good fight but he will get tired because of his lack of stamina or chakra. Tsunade has a lot chakra or stamina plus she has regeneration ability so i don't see him beat her with 3 tomoes sharingan :shrug: just no way

Tsunade wins this IMO. Katsuyu helps her out of genjustu, and she is very adept at dodging, one punch will kill him, and one tap could mess up his nervous system, Tsunade wins this mid to high diff. Tsunade has three Shinobi world wars of experience so she has experience fighting against people faster than her.

Dude she's a kage of course he cares. She can hold her own against madara. Her holding her own against Madara means she can handle a genjutsu user easily. This is information I've collected from tazzilla88
