Itachi has nothing to beat tsunade without mangekyou
even if they both had full knowledge of each other. Shuriken and Kunais don't matter. if she got her hand or head cut off she can heal

there's no possible way she would look into his eyes if she has knowledge of him because A. She can already manage against Madara B. She knows about the sharingan in general.
tsunade is not slow and can keep up with itachi and her having knowledge completely diminishes itachis traditional style of getting his opponents in genjutsu at the start.
She's a medical ninja and can tank katons with ease. Itachi can't beat katsuyu

she is no where near A's speed but A is no where near her physical strength. (DID YOU GET THE PICTURE) since itachi can read her slow sluggish movements according to you Lol, then tsunade just needs to hit the ground very often and cause MONSTER EARTHQUAKES, create byakugou clones and strike from all directions their a down graded itachi has simply being defeated without the need of her slugs

I feel is could go either way because with a Single blow Tsuande could end Itachi's Life but im leaning more towards Itachi because Landing a blow on Itachi is Damn Near impossible do to the use of his clones, genjutsus, his basic speed, the Sharingan can predict movements and Taijutsu. Itachi has shown he has great strength in Taijutsu. That One punch Tsuande needs will be almost to impossible for her to Land.
an itachi with MS would give tsunade and incredible fight the chances are she dies, itachi dies or both dies, however a downgraded itachi would be defeated by tsunade. its stated on her profile that she has lightning element, well maybe that's how she was able to travel at the speed of light without being killed, ( lightning armor like A/although i think she cant do that ) maybe she used her lightning element to cancel most of maubi (A's secretary) raiton and then the rest of her body that was exposed she just simply healed. the point is tsunade hasn't use her lighting element has a far range like A infact she hasn't use a far range jutsu and i think thats why most people underrated her. when it comes on MS for itachi, to be honest with all of you and as much as i hate it, his susanoo will just be a huge toy for tsunade to play with. in other words its useless their is only 3 ways in which itachi can beat her with MS:
1. exhaust her chackra---- i highly doubt that going to be easy
2. use IZANAGI by sacrificing one of his sharigan which wouldn't prove beneficial in his case
3. and finally use the ultimate illusion technique that doesn't requires the sharigan IZANAMI.
the sword of tosuka or whatever i'm pretty sure tsunade isn't so stupid when she sees a sealing jutsu furthermore that sword needs to touch her and the shield thats suppose to repel any attack; (well i hate this part) tsunade doesn't wields any form of ninjutsu except healing her STRENGTH his her TRADE MARK so itachi shield cant repel that LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as i said before itachi dies or (critically injured) she dies or both dies thats the outcome

actaully no i'm just proving as a itachi fan boy i dont underrated any shinobi not because he has a awesome ocular power he's not unstoppable. i also respect the versatility of other ninjas. and for your information Tsunade does not need to attack the sword or shield on his susanoo to destroy it, in other words any part she can reach his good enough to bring him down besides why overate itachi and he doesn't have perfect susanoo
